Enjoy it While You Can

People are not lying when they say your senior year goes by fast. Your are ready to be done, but you have to enjoy the little time that you have left of being a high school student. All students think they want to be done with school and go into the real world, but everything changes once leaving high school. Students become young adults and have to worry about things they weren’t worried about a couple months ago. After leaving high school and growing up, there is no going back to the way it used to be when in school. If students decide to go to college they have to worry about doing their own laundry, cooking for themselves everyday and paying expenses that add up quickly. Students should enjoy the little time they have left of being a high school student because they will never get that time back.

Students should take advantage of every extracurricular activity they can take part in because they will miss those things once they are going. Maybe it is going on a certain trip a club takes every year or staying after school to help with a project your club is a part.  These are things students won’t be able to do after graduating. Students always want to rush growing up and graduating, but  when thinking about it why rush the little time you have to spend as a sort of carefree individual. Once graduated students have their whole lives ahead of them to do whatever they want but wanting to go back to high school will be something they will wish for all the time. After high school, people lose touch with one another and once realizing things aren’t what they used to be people wish they wouldn’t of had to grow up. No matter how bad students think their lives are in high school they should enjoy every second of it because it’ll be some of the best days of their lives.
