Halloween night is coming up on October 31st. Halloween is celebrated by almost everyone in the world. Many people say that halloween is their favorite season of the year. There are a few good valid reasons why Halloween is a great holiday. “Your wallet is staying closed for this holiday — except for the splurging on candy and over-the-top costumes, of course.” said The Odyssey. Halloween is not very pricey unless a family member decides to go big for the event.

Decorating for the season is also a very fun thing to do. “I firmly believe that the best kinds of people are the ones who decorate their houses with fake cobwebs and rubber spiders and assortments of pumpkins and scary backyard props.” The Odyssey mentioned again. Decorating houses, rooms, anywhere, is a great thing to do for any holiday. Some families will just decorate for little while others decorate a bunch of things.

On Halloween night, trick or treating is the biggest event to happen. Teenagers will also get very excited for this day. Even though teenagers are older, they like to get dressed up and get candy too. Teenagers like the feeling of acting a little younger or not as themselves for a night.

Parents, once they get home, will chill out and hang by the television with their loved ones and watch spooky movies and shows until they fall asleep. Being with family afterwards is a fun and good way to end the night.
