There are a lot of skills a student should learn in high school. These skills are going to carry them through college and their future. Most people do not think about the obvious skills being the most important. The most important skill to acquire while in high school is working to the highest ability possible.

Most people do not work their hardest the first few years of high school, later regretting it. People often forget that all years of high school are very important when dealing with the future. A student’s grades determined by their hard work will determine where they end up. It can be very hard to make a comeback from something that dropped a grade, such as a bad test. If a student works their hardest when it comes to studying and putting forth effort, that student will have nothing to worry about. Working hard can put a person at the top of the list when it comes to grades or work. Students should work to their highest ability all years of high school. Being a hard worker will get students better opportunities in life. No company wants to hire a person who does not do their best at everything they put their mind to.
Later in life, having the skill of being a hard and dedicated worker can do greatness for them, not only in how much money they make, but also rank. In the long run, putting in all effort and trying the best will bring better possibilities to life.
