Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lions Club has selected Brynn Boyd as its student of the month for October.
Daughter of Jackie and Bobby Haley of Waynesburg, Boyd is a senior at Jefferson-Morgan High School where she maintains a 4.33 GPA.
Boyd is member of the volleyball, softball and basketball teams. She is also the secretary/treasurer of the senior class, a member of National Honor Society, Leo Club, Academic Team, Debate Team, Peer Jury, Drama Club, Science Olympiad, and Envirothon.
Boyd volunteers her time with activities that support Colby’s Stars Foundation and Catnip Acres.
In the future, Boyd plans to pursue a career in pharmacy.
