The office is giving out re-certification papers for any student who have participated in fall sports and are planning on playing a winter sport.

If you need one of these papers you must see Mrs. Ferrari before Monday, November 18th. Also, if you did not play a fall sport and missed the three physical exams provided by the school you must see your own personal physician. 

If you do not fill out either a re-certification paper or receive a physical for your personal physician by November 18th you will not be allowed to practice with your respected team until you fill out one of the two.

Papers should be turned in at anytime to Mr. Moore in room 211.
