Gavin Wood is a junior and a member of the basketball team.

Wood has been playing basketball for ten years.

“My favorite part about basketball would definitely have to be to make points. It feels really great!” Wood says.

Wood is excited for the season because he thinks the team will work really hard and win more this year.

Wood had said, “I really like basketball but in college I do not exactly want to participate in it.

Grades are more important but I also do not really want a scholarship in basketball. Although, it would be pretty great.”

Wood thinks that this season should be a good season because our team has worked really hard.

Wood also stated that everything should go as planned and the team will pull through anything that is thrown at them.

“I like basketball because it was always something that I liked to watch growing up,” Wood says.

Basketball interferes with Wood’s schooling sometimes but he always manages to focus and

complete basketball and school work.
