Payton Wright is a Senior and a member of the varsity volleyball team.

Wright has played since she was in seventh grade. Wright plays middle hitter and starts on the varsity team. Wright is in the same position as last year, and her number is 1.

Wright started playing volleyball because “it was the first year we were able to play and I thought it would be a lot of fun.”

After high school Wright wants to attend WVU and become an OBGYN. Outside of school Wright works at a golf course and plays softball.

Wright thinks that this year for volleyball is going great and that, “we are going to get a lot of wins this year.” Wright gets along with all her teammates and thinks they are family.

Wright says “Volleyball is a lot of fun, and I’m very happy I get to play with all my friends.”
