One Emotion

One emotion that is within my own belief, one of if not the most dangerous/harmful emotions is anger. Anger can make you act out how you feel, and in most cases we often end up regretting our actions during our blind rage. Many people have lost their lives due to someone being angry and taking their frustration out they have acted upon their emotion rather than dealing with their anger in a calm way that is because anger takes away your ability to think clearly and logically it takes away your sense of reason.

Anger is a dangerous emotion. It has lead to murder, violence, it has been able to ruin friendships, relationships, and families even. Anger is possibly the worst emotion one can feel. It is not entirely healthy either. It hurts the one who possesses it more. than the others leaving the aggressor with constant regret.

Anger does have some good it helps the user find a way to remove negative emotions from themselves and find solutions to their problems by providing emotion. It can cause much more harm than good though. Anger can cause headache, heart attacks, insomnia, and depression. It also makes the human “fight or flight” reaction come into effect depending on the situation, and how it is dealt with. Even though in small doses, adrenaline can be used as motivation to solve problems or escape and survive danger. It can also trigger the fight response which may end up causing more harm than good to the user.

In every report written on the internet about anger management, there have been accounts of where the user chose to fight, and ended up further hurting themselves, this made the situation much worse.
