Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lions Club has selected Caitlyn Dugan as its student of the month for October.

A daughter of Sherry Dugan and the late Chris Dugan of Waynesburg, Dugan is a senior at Jefferson-Morgan High School where she maintains a 4.0 GPA.  She is a member of Jefferson Baptist Church.

Dugan is a 4 year letterman in both volleyball and softball, and She is an academic letterman.  Dugan is student council president, a yearbook editor, a member of BBBS, Leo Club, National Honor Society,  SADD, Peer Court and Academic Team. 

She serves her community through volunteer work with the Greene County Historical Museum, Greene County Humane Society, and service through National Honor Society and student council.

After graduation, Dugan plans to attend a 4 year college to study early childhood education with an emphasis in special education.
