Jefferson Morgan Centennial Lions Club has selected Houston Guesman as its student of the month for April. Son of Timothy Guesman Jr. of Jefferson, Guesman is a senior at Jefferson-Morgan.
Guesman is a member of the football and basketball teams. He also helped coach the middle school football team.
Houston is the first Jefferson-Morgan player in school history to throw for over 1,000 yards AND rush for over 1,000 yards in a single season.
After graduation, Guesman plans to attend Penn West University to study business and to play football.
