Jefferson Morgan Centennial Lions Club has selected Alisa Long as its student of the month for March. Long is the daughter of Bryan and Courtney Long of Jefferson. Alisa is a senior at Jefferson Morgan High School where she maintains a 4.11 GPA.
In the last two years, Long has earned more than 100 hours of community service. As a member of RLL, she has led community events such as Light Up Night and Tuff Puff. In addition to RLL, Long is an officer for Foreign Language Club.
Alissa played volleyball for Jefferson, and she plays for a club team. Throughout high school, she has maintained highest honors.
After graduation, Long will attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she will study nursing.
