Student Success
Are tests an accurate measure of students success? To me, I really don’t think that a test shows a student’s full success because that student still has to do his or her homework, and behave in school to reach their full success. For a person to reach their full success in school they have to take good notes. Without taking good notes, a student would not know what is going on in the class. A major reason is that the students would have to study to achieve good grades. Test are not really an accurate measure of students success because it all depends on how well the person studied. For example, a person might do well on the test, but do not do that well in class. What is an accurate measure of the students success is how well they do on the subject other than the test. For example, the student has to be understanding the whole lesson that the class is going over. Also, there are projects that require a lot of work to be successful. Some projects require a lot of work and are worth more than half their grade, and if not done it will affect the student’s grade tremendously.
