Midterms really get my nerves pumping. Especially ones that have to be presented. I am not a person who likes the spotlight. I hate having the attention set on me, and I have my whole life. Test midterms are not as scary though as ones that have to be presented in front of the class. Either way midterms are nerve racking for me.

The two things I am never looking forward to in a school year are midterms and finals. Finals are a lot scarier and make me ten times more nervous than a midterm ever could. But at some points midterms feel like they are at the same nerve racking level as finals are. What’s “scary” about them is the part where students have to start to try and remember/refresh their memories about things that they have learned in the beginning of the year.

Honestly it is hard. Especially in classes where the things I have learned at the beginning of the school year were hard for me to understand. A good example of this is me in math class. Most of the time I have no clue has it going on. My head is constantly filled with questions like “How did you get that answer?”, “How did you do that?”, “Is this how you do this?”, “Can you do that again?”, etc. I have a hard time trying to recall the things we did at the beginning of the school year. We also do so much stuff in that class and we fly through different things every week. It is almost too much to wrap my head around.

This is the time of year where I am extremely stressed out about everything. Midterms are very nerve racking for me.
