On May 13th my mother, stepdad, and I flew to El Paso, Texas to see my brother and his family. El Paso is only a mile or so away from the Mexican border. Because of that, I knew that it was going to be really hot down there. It was definitely a different scenery and climate. I am used to chilly, rainy weather for this time of the year. In El Paso is was very hot and dry.

I had a good time whilst visiting my brother and his family in El Paso. I got to see my nephew Noah again, which was really good. I have only seen him twice. The first time was when they all flew up here for my grandpa’s funeral. The second time I ever saw Noah was Christmas. His birthday is on the 15th of May, so whilst we were down there we got to celebrate his birthday with him. He was really excited to have us all t=down there with him for his birthday.

I had a really fun time in El Paso. I got to eat sushi whilst we were down there. Sushi is my favorite food so I was pretty happy to have it down there. I also got to see a lot of El Paso whilst I was down there. My brother, Matthew, and I drove around El Paso when there wasn’t really anything to do. I also got to see more of the city with Matthew’s brother-in-law, Angel. I have learned that El Paso is an extremely big city.

We did not really do much in El Paso. We went shooting in the mountains. It was pretty fun, but it was really hot that day. I enjoyed my trip down there, We hope to see Matthew, his wife Marisol, and his son Noah very soon.
