The final stretch is here and soon high school will be over. Seniors have about seven more weeks until their last day of high school and nine more weeks until graduation. These past four years have gone by so fast.

During my final weeks of high school, I plan on having fun. Of course grades matter, but I plan on having fun in softball, with my friends, and just being a kid. Softball season just started but it will be over before I know it. My goal is to make playoffs because ever since I was a freshman, the softball team has went to playoffs. Our team is not as good as it use to be but I plan on taking charge and helping everyone get better. My friends and I are starting to make plans for this summer. Our plan is to go to the beach before we all go off to college. In school, we plan on just goofing off and having fun. I hope to have a job at the end of the school year. Before that, I am going to enjoy my freedom from being an adult. High school can be a drag but it has it perks.

These last few weeks are going to be the best. Even though I am excited for the final stretch, I am more excited to get out and start my life. College is just around the corner.
