Lee Day is a fun two day experience for high school students and transferring students to get a glimpse of life at Lee University. Lee Day happens for two days every spring at Lee University. There are many different events that happen at Lee Day. Students have to register for certain events such as campus tours, residence hall tours, and information sessions. There are events such as sitting in on a featured class, meeting with faculty and other students who are in the department of your interest, and a meeting with the president of Lee University, Paul Conn. For already accepted high school seniors, they have meeting scheduled for class selections.

I am very excited for Lee Day this year. I have never got to experience something like that before for a college. There are concerts that happen throughout the day, luncheons, a block party, Lee theater productions, etc. They are two fun filled days where students can meet up with the faculty and students who are in the major they are interested in, and they get to experience campus life at Lee University. I love the area around the university and the people as well. Everyone down there is so nice and friendly, there is such a good atmosphere there.

Even though I am very excited about Lee Day, I am very nervous as well. I am nervous about meeting my professors, other students who are majoring in Intercultural Studies, and selecting my classes for when I start there in the fall. I fear that I am going to make a mistake and pick all the wrong classes.

Being in Tennessee feels so right to me. It is going to be my new home, and I am ecstatic about that. Every chance I get to go visit Lee University I take in a heartbeat. I cannot wait to be there for two days and see the place I am going to be for the next four years.
