Subway is a fast food restaurant that sells many sub sandwiches with your choice of bread, meat, toppings, etc. It is another healthy place where you can get whatever you want.
Subway doesn’t have just subs they also have wraps and no bread bowls. One healthy example of the sub is the Tuna Sandwich. Your meat is tuna which has lots of protein with any choice of your bread. If you want a healthy bread choice I personally would choose whole wheat. Then you put whatever toppings you and most of them don’t have lots of calories. If it does it is usually 60 cals. Then you get a choice of your drink. I would say this is the only one that would have fewer calories in it, but the rest are whatever you would like and what you can eat.
