A classic Disney movie that was recently made into a live action, would be “Beauty and the Beast”.
In the movie a town girl with the name of “Belle” loves to read. She is made a well-known town member, since the town’s cool guy has the biggest crush on her and will do anything for her. This is something that adds to the story in a good way, because it’s not always that a man would do anything for a girl and the girl doesn’t want him. I enjoy this element as it add to the aspect of girls finding love in other forms.
Belle tries to run away and finds a castle. The castle has all sorts of objects that were once people with a spell on them to be made into and object. Like people, they are able to talk and do human-like things but as in inanimate objects. I love that the objects were made into such pretty and creative objects, such as “Chip” who is a teapot with a chip. All these objects are living with a “Beast”. The beast was a boy that got transformed into an ugly beast and has to find love to break the spell. I like this theme because it shows that you don’t need looks to find love it’s all about personality. At the end of the movie when they have both fallen in love everyone is transformed back to their human forms. This makes for a perfect happily ever after movie, which is my favorite way a movie can end.
Just like in all Disney movies the Beast falls in love with Belle after the others push them into each other. I find this movie to be super cute and I prefer the live action of the movie because of how much detail was put into the editing and costume design.
