There are a lot of important qualities students should have upon graduating. For example students should have great communication skills. Throughout our entire lives we will be faced with talking to people weather it’s a boss, a teacher, a pastor it can be anyone. Therefore communication is very essential. Another important skill to learn is eye contact and confidence. We all are going to apply for a job one day. When talking to an employer it is very important to make eye contact because it shows confidence. That’s why I am very grateful that I had a public speaking class because it has taught me to speak well and not to get nervous in front of crowds.

Another very crucial skill upon graduating is organization. Organization is very important because without you run into a lot of trouble. It’s nice to have all your work organized and neatly separated. Whenever you are at college or a job organization will take you a very long way. It is one of the key building blocks for success.
