Justin Silbaugh is a freshman and a member of the Jefferson Morgan football team.

Silbaugh completes his training in the off season.

Silbaugh said, “I do a lot of psychometric speed workouts; weight lift, footwork drills, and then I try to eat healthy.”

Silbaugh’s favorite teacher is Mr. Cochran because he is a, “cool teacher.”

“I like Mr. Cochran’s class because he really takes time to be friends with his students.”

Silbaugh said he likes sports literature because he likes to learn about sports, and English.

“The teacher is so nice and very thorough with the material.”
