2017 is a very big year for seniors. This is the they graduate from high school, get accepted into colleges, and go to whichever college they prefer that they got accepted into. At this point in the year some seniors start to eat nervous thinking about finals, graduation, and going to college. For some, it will be a very big step going to college because they’re so far away from home and they are on their own for the first time.
Brooke Weir commented, “It’s strange being a senior and thinking that next year I’m on my own.” Sometimes it is a little strange and funny to think that seniors in high school go from being a senior to being a freshman all over again in college. This is also the year that seniors will more than likely be on their own for the very first time. Some will go to colleges close and they will not have to worry about being on their very own quite yet. Some students are going to colleges very far away from home, and they will have to deal with being on their own. Parents and guardians will not be close to help out with things.
Some students will try to do as much as they can before their senior year ends and their freshman starts. “Being a senior is interesting. And I hope to have a great year before I go off to college.” Seniors want to do so much fun stuff before they go to college.
Senior year can be either a very bumpy ride for students or it can go very smoothly. Transitioning from senior year in high school to freshman year in college can also be a very bumpy ride or it can go smoothly.
