On December 1st, JM’s first Mentoring Program will take place. Sophomores and Juniors will be helping middle school students with school work.

Mr. Robinson set this program up and chose 5 females and 5 males to help the students. The students that are involved include Adam Hobe, Tyler Wilson, Zack Gamble, Colby Simkovic, Sebastian Jellots, Gavin Wood, Gavin Ostrich, Maddie Van Divner, Carrington Teasdale, Brynn Boyd, Caitlyn Dugan, Kaitlyn Wood, Julie Kline, Makenzie Wright, and Kambreigh Dudas.

“I was originally chosen among teachers rather than my peers to be apart of the program. I accepted the request for me to be part of this program because I have always been good with working with other students, and helping others,” said Junior Makenzie Wright.”Within the program, each mentor gets a few students to help. I hope that the students that are chosen for me will strive in whatever they are struggling in , and will always be able to trust in me with their problems.”
