Wrestler on road to recovery
Wrestling is a sport that requires toughness and no one knows this more than Dalton Heath.
Dalton suffered an elbow injury in one of his matches that would put him out of eligibility for an extended period and possibly the rest of the season. “I broke my humus, which connects the elbow to the shoulder which may take me out for a while,” said Heath
He was a consistent source of wins for the team at his weight class of 152. There will now have to be a new guy to step up and take that weight class over now that Heath is out.
The road to recovery will be a long and hard journey that would take a toll on most but Heath is upbeat and if he cant return this season, he plans on returning the next better than before. Heath plans on doing any physical therapy necessary and lifting in his free time to better prepare himself for his next sport which will be football.
