The JM Foreign Language Club sponsored its annual Boo Gram sale at Jefferson Morgan Middle/High School from October 23 to October 29. This sale was held to help collect funds for any future field trips or activities.
Boo Grams were $1 each, and kids could send the sweets to anyone they wished as a gift. Mrs. McCrory handed out slips of paper to her Foreign Language Club students to give to anyone who wished to buy a gram for someone.
“I thought they were a very nice way to get candy.” Said Kierstyn Webster when asked what she had personally thought about the Boo Gram sale.
The Foreign Language Club was successful in selling them this year, raising more than $200 in cash once all of the sweets were sold—and to attest to this success, the Foreign Language Club has raised even more than $200 in the past, so keep an eye out for Boo Grams next year!
“Boo Grams are great; I’m glad the Foreign Language Club does it.” Jacie Manning said when asked what she had thought of the Boo Gram sale.
