Juniors of Jefferson-Morgan Visit The College Fair
Juniors of Jefferson-Morgan visited Cal-U on Tuesday October 18th, and got the opportunity to talk to several different universities to help them decide what college they want to attend.
Jefferson-Morgan students in 11th grade and some in 12th took a trip to Cal-U yesterday October 18th. The students got to meet many different college representatives at the fair and ask them questions about their college. The point of this was to help motivate students to go to college and to check out the colleges that were at the fair to decide which one is best for them.
Students got the chance to read brochures of each college to understand more about what they offer and what paths the students can take in their college to be successful in their pursued career. Each college offered a wide variety of careers and courses that can be taken to become a member of the pursued career. The representatives spoke to students about what their college can do for the students and gave advice on how to accomplish goals in their careers. This event can really help students so they are not in a pickle so to speak when they graduate high school to decide what college they want to attend.
If you were present at the college fair, we hope you learned new things from your experience there as well as we hope you’ve picked a good college that suits you and helps you gain your pursued career.
