Envirothon is starting a bee project that will be dedicated to both the Elementary School and the High School.

Sometime in May or possibly early June, there will be a bee hive placed somewhere between the two school buildings. A beekeeper will come to maintain the hive every 4-6 weeks during the summer and next school year. A flower garden will be installed to keep the bees close to their hive. Next Fall in the early 2023-2024 school year, honey from the hive will BE collected. The honey will be used for fundraisers of any club activities that will be offered.
