The Academic team has made states! They competed in the IU 1 regionals last week and won against Fort Cherry by winning the matches 3-2.

On April 27th, they will begin their trip to Harrisburg with 8 members going on the trip. They will then compete the next day on April 28th in Harrisburg.

They will compete in the senate and house of representatives chamber in the state capitol building from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. This event will be very competitive and a challenge as all IU regions from Pennsylvania will be there to compete. The winner of states wins it all and does not have to move on to another competition.

The Jefferson Morgan Varsity Academic Team has never made it this far before and is looking to make history. Make sure to wish the team good luck, and root for them all the way while they are in Harrisburg!
