Last weekend on May 11th, the Jefferson Morgan marching band went on a trip. They paid a visit to Cedar Point on Ohio to commemorate the end of the school year.
Students departed from the school at 6:00 AM and arrived at the amusement park around 10:00 AM. They performed Union March as a marching band for visitors at Cedar Point.
“This trip was probably one of the best band trips I’ve been on within the last 2 years,” said Casey Herrod, field conductor of the marching band.
The marching band later celebrated by doing their own things at the park, such as riding on thrilling coasters and eating delicious foods.
“Every single one of us got chicken and waffle fries and they were fire,” said Acelyn LeFever, the auxiliary of the marching band.
They all departed Cedar Point at around 8:00 PM and arrived back at the school around midnight.
