Summer break is just right around the corner for Jefferson Morgan School District! We are just a week away from being let out of school and welcoming a new and exciting summer.
On Thursday, May 30th, our summer break begins. High school dismissal time is 10:00 AM and the elementary school shortly after at 10:30 AM. The last week of school is always exciting. You don’t really do any work because most grades are past due. It’s just showing up to school, messing around with your friends, and maybe watching a few movies in class and that’s about it. Even if there is work, who’s going to do it? This weekend, we are also off of school for an additional day (Monday) due to Memorial Day, so we only have 3 days next week. Tomorrow, May 24th, we have a 2-hour early dismissal for Memorial Day weekend.
Students will return back to school on Thursday, August 22nd.
