Many survivors walk around track to celebrate their victory over cancer, joined with friends and family.

People from all around came to show their support at Waynesburg High School. 33 teams participates and over 450 people came out to support. Greene County Relay has been awarded top 10 in the nation for fundraising.

A few teams from Jefferson area were there including Team Dugan in honor of Chris Dugan and Jefferson-Morgan for Donna Furnier and others. Team Dugan, led by Sherry Dugan raised $1,370.57. Jefferson-Morgans team, led by Scot Moore raised $4,693.95.

Overall, the Relay for Life walk was a success as teams and participants raised $154,654.27.
