There are many things that I like to do when I get to stay home for a snow day. If I am stuck inside of the house I will eventually get bored very easily so I end up changing what I am doing every few minutes.

I absolutely love being able to sleep in on snow days. I enjoy sleeping more than I enjoy doing most things, so sometimes I sleep the day away. It is also nice to have a break from having to wake up at 6 AM every single day for school Sometimes I end up baking a bunch of things for the house because I get bored of sitting around. I enjoy baking because my little brothers like to help, and they make it more enjoyable. If I am lucky enough my little brothers will drag me outside to build snow forts and snowmen with them. If it is not too cold outside and the roads are not covered in ice then I go shopping with either family or friends but usually if school is closed, the road is covered in ice or it is 30 below. I also like to spend my snow days curled up in blankets and watching TV with my cats, sometimes if my mother is not working then she will join me too.

I enjoy all of the snow days that winter gives to me every year, but, in the end it all depends on how I am feeling that day and what I want to do. Some days I feel a little more adventurous and full of energy. Other times I want to stay cooped up inside sleeping and watching TV.
