Christian Wilson is a senior and a goalie and midfielder for the soccer team.

This year Christian is looking forward to facing Uniontown. “When we played Uniontown last year, they left the game with 2:00 left on the clock. It is always interesting playing Uniontown.” Since last year Christian and his team have spent much time conditioning and improving their techniques for this year’s game. It should be a close game but they are hoping they can pull through and win.

Christian has been playing soccer for four years now and lettered in junior year. He finds it most rewarding to get to participate in this sport with his teammates who he has gained friendships with over the years.

Christians has simple advice for those wishing to play soccer, “Be ready to run at your first practice and make sure you are ready to condition. It will be very rewarding if you follow this advice.”

This season, Christian is focused on Charleroi and McGuffey.  “Charleroi was an awesome game last year we beat them in double overtime. I’m hoping to beat McGuffey this year.”

Since this is his final season, Christian plans on enjoying every moment of this year. He hopes that his underclassmen friends continue to play and that he will be able to come back and watch a few games.  Christian may even try to play soccer next year while attending college.
