Winds are to reach up from 20 to 30 mph and the humidity will range from 20 to 30 percent. “Minimum relative humidity values will range from 20 to 30 percent accompanied by wind gusts between 20 and 30 mph from the south-southwest,” the weather agency said in a special statement.
