PA State Representative Kevin Boyle has been issued an arrest warrant for charges against him.
An arrest warrant has been issued for PA State Representative Kevin Boyle according to Philidelphia State Police Department. The warrant has been issued for violating a restraining order, but the police will not give details about the warrant. This has been the second time Boyle has been arrested due to another charge from 2021 for harassment. These charges were dropped due to Boyle getting treatment. Boyle has been representing North Philadelphia since 2011.
Although Boyle has not turned himself in, there has been no word on if he will resign following the arrest violation.
