Three years ago, a famous and well-known Slipknot prolific drummer, musician, and artist, Joey Jordison, died at fourty-six.
On a peaceful Monday, July 26th, 2021, the Slipknot founding drummer, Joey Jordison, passed away in his sleep; however, the location, time, and cause were not provided. Although the reason wasn’t stated, Joey was diagnosed with transverse myelitis; a neurological condition, which kept him from drumming. This condition could have led to his death, however, this is only a theory, which can’t be proven unless significant tests are conducted. Furthermore, Joey aged in Iowa with three young siblings, and drummed at eight. Jordison was also a veteran of the city’s metal scene, to which he later joined and developed the metal group, Slipknot; known for its rousing, epic live shows, with members cosplaying creatively, which possessed a sinister, deep feeling for the listeners. Slipknot also stabilized hard rock, leaving Slipknot to be a pillar for future grunge-era bands.
