When it’s the middle of the school year teachers assign midterms. The teacher can choose to either make it a test or a project the matter of which many students believe is the best option. Why many students think this is because test are just awful students have to take many of them through the year and some of them being very large or very difficult test which will throw any student off. And since it is a midterm it would be a fairly long test and you might only get a short time to complete it. Projects are the better choice because they just seem a lot less stressful. Now there are some projects that could be extremely difficult maybe even more so than a test, but usually projects can be very interesting and even sometimes fun. A project is better than a test because students really don’t have to study for a project or really stress about it sometimes the projects can even be enjoyable especially if it’s a group project. The best part about a project is that students may get to learn something new depending on a subject they are assigned for the project. This is good because they can learn it the way they want to learn it. Another good point is the creative freedom you get with many projects. This is why projects would be a better choice for a midterm than a test.’
