Nikki Venick is a senior and a member of the Jefferson-Morgan golf team.

“I’m looking forward to the match against Waynesburg because it is the last match before scores get sent in for qualifiers,” said Nikki. Her goal for the season is  to improve herself and learn from the game. She is hoping to make it to qualifiers this year.

Nikki participated in golf because the golf team needed another player to be able to participate in matches. Nikki’s favorite part about playing is hitting the ball with her driver. This is her first year participating in golf.

“Try to improve yourself everyday and your scores will improve. The more you swing your clubs, the better your form will get. The hardest part about this sport is keeping your head clear and making every stroke the best you can to set yourself up for a better score.”
