Maddie Van Divner is a senior and a member of the girls basketball team.

Van Divner is first year member and a starter for the girls basketball team. There are only seven players this year; there must be five players on the court at all times.

“I played so there would be a team.”

Van Divner has set goals for herself this season. She hopes to start scoring more often. Van Divner also believes that the team needs to work more on scoring.

When asked who she looked up to on the team, she responded “Brynn, she is a great player.”

Van Divner would describe her play style as aggressive. She tries to steal the ball often. Some of her best moments were when she was successful in game. Although, she described her favorite moments as the bus rides.

When asked what her favorite moments from this season were, Maddie replied “All the bus rides with my friends.”

Van Divner looks forward to finishing this season strongly.
