Julianna Kline Named Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lions Club January Student of the Month

Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lions Club has selected Julianna Kline as its student of the month for January.

A daughter of Brad and Janette Kline of Rices Landing, Julianna is a senior at Jefferson-Morgan High School where she maintains a 3.94 GPA.  Kline is a three-year member of National Honor Society, a four-year member of Leo Club, and a member of Academic Team, Debate Team, Envirothon, and Science Olympiad.

Recently, Kline wrote a business plan for a coffee shop as a project for Entrepreneurship class.  She presented her business idea to a group of local judges, and was selected as the first place winner.

As a member of Hewitt Presbyterian Church, she volunteers for vacation bible school.  She has participated in Kicking Cancer’s Butt Kickball Tournament, Rices Landing Light Up Night, and Jefferson-Morgan Light Up Night.

Kline plans to attend West Virginia University to major in marketing.
