It is important to take high school serious for many reasons. Without taking high school serious you wouldn’t really know much. You learn so much more than school work during high school. The teachers in 9th-12th grade expect us to be more mature and so they open us up to a variety of things. If you didn’t take high school serious you would miss out on the wide range of things they want to fill you in on before you graduate.

They also aren’t going to waste their time on your if you aren’t taking things serious. Teachers have busy schedules and so much to do in so little time. They invest their time in the ones who put forth effort. Putting in minimal effort can cause you to miss out and not graduate by chance. High school should be a fun experience, but you definitely need to take it seriously.

Overall taking high school serious is important. If you don’t you could miss out on so many great things. There is always a time and a place to joke and be funny but taking high school serious is important.
