On February 17th, the SADD Club went to the IU building from 10 AM to 12 PM for another informational presentation.

“It provided me with great information I’m sure I’ll eventually need when I start driving,” said Lizzy Corbett.

The presentation contained basic, yet commonly overlooked information on vehicles. It included information along with a video presentation on how to check oil, add windshield wiper fluid, how to check tire pressure, along with how to change a tire.  There was also a public speaker who gave students a speech on a personal experience along with how it effected her, and how it still effects her in her day to day life.

“I always enjoy SADD trips. I really appreciated the presentation this time as it prepared me for emergency situations that can happen while I’m driving,” said Mia Baker.

The next SADD meeting is yet to be announced, but for more information, see Mr. Corbett. However, the Highway Safety Network project is still currently accepting designs.
