Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lion Club has selected Kathryn Lawrence as its student of the month for January. Daughter of Roger and Sarah Lawrence of Jefferson, Lawrence is a senior at Jefferson-Morgan High School where she maintains a 3.88 GPA.
Lawrence serves as vice president of the Class of 2024 student council. She is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
After graduation, Katie plans to attend Penn West University to study elementary education.
Jacie Manning is a junior and a first year Journalism student.
Manning participates in National Honor Society, Library Club, Student Council, and President’s Advisory Council. She is a contributor for the Rocket Reporter. Manning enjoys reading, baking, and playing video games.
