On Friday, October 27, there is a professional development day for students as Friday is the end of the first quarter.
There’s no school for JM students this Friday. It’s the last day of the first nine weeks, or quarter. This year, teachers are able to come into the school to finalize grades for the whole day. In previous years, students would always be dismissed two hours early for teachers to have time to finish grades. Paper report cards are no longer a thing. Students’ report cards will be emailed to both students and parents. There is also a tab on Alma titled “Report Cards,” where both the students and their parents can access the PDFs.
