Packed Lunch vs. School Lunch

Packing a lunch for school is the way to go. School lunches are gross. The food they have usually is not cooked all the way. Foods like their mashed potatoes are so mashed they could be drunk through a straw. Their fries are either not fully cooked or cooked too much. They range from being super soft to super hard you almost crack your tooth on them. Packed lunches can be packed with much better, healthier food choices. A good tip to give would be to pack fruits and/ or a vegetable with a main food like a sandwich, and then maybe a snack. Pack a drink you know will stay cool until lunch or can get a little warm and not go bad. Pack things you know are good for you. Also pack things you know you will like. Many times school lunches contain things that students do not like. This could leave them hungry and not get a lunch at all. Packing a lunch with foods you like and are healthy will assure that you eat lunch and get the healthy nutrition a body needs.
