Morgan Kutek is a senior and a member of the basketball team.

This is Kutek’s first year playing a basketball. The reason that she decided to play basketball was that her friends were telling her that it was worth it and that it would be fun.

Kutek told us that her favorite thing about her team was that, “they  are all able to work together and they have taken me under their wing to help me improve.”.

Kutek has set some goals for herself this season and they are to have fun and make a few baskets, because Kutek has just started, she does not have a set position yet.

Kutek looks forward to playing California because “they always have a good team and they know what they are doing.” Kutek feels that she brings, “laughter and support to the team”.

Kuteks favorite thing about volleyball is that she is able to improve her skills and she can get a better feel as to how basketball works each time she plays.

I would rather play as the home team Kutek said “because it always feels good to defeat a team on your home turf.”

Kutek plans to not play basketball in college and just focus on nursing.
