Autumn Tedrow – Athlete Biography
Autumn Tedrow is a junior and a member of the Jefferson-Morgan softball team.
Softball is something that Tedrow started to play when she was young. It was something her family wanted her to play. She began with tee-ball and began softball when she was in her early elementary grades.
Tedrow said, “I started to play softball because my family is a big baseball and softball fan. I’ve been playing for eleven years.”
There are many challenges when it comes to playing sports. Everybody has their own challenges. Tedrow has some challenges that she would like to work on.
Tedrow adds, “Every athlete has their own challenges. I struggled with with batting and pitching, but those have improved.”
Playing a sport could also limit time for other activities and such. Tedrow has some struggles in her daily life when she plays softball.
Tedrow replies, “Softball takes up a lot of time. I can’t hang out with my friends during the season and school work is hard to get done.”
Everybody has something that they love about playing the sport that they do. Tedrow also has some things that she likes about playing softball.
Tedrow said,“My favorite things about playing softball are my teammates, the feeling I get before a game and the feeling I get when we win a game.”
Playing sports takes lots of responsibility and time. Although the memories made and fun times with friends can make it all worth the struggles.
