The Jefferson-Morgan Centennial Lion Club has selected Marilyn Marody as student of the month for February. Marody is the daughter of Amanda and Michael Marody of Mather. Marody is currently a senior at Jefferson-Morgan High School, where she maintains a 3.33 GPA.
Marody is president of the Reading Club, a member of Art Club, Spanish Club, Envirothon, Science Olympiad, SADD, and Academic League.
Marily participates in Upward Bound.
After graduation, Marody plans to attend Robert Morris University to study special education.
