Crazy Experiences
My life recently has been full of many experiences. Whether they were good or bad, it is very stressful and sometimes very overwhelming. My dad and I got a new puppy as a present for my mom. She was 6 weeks old when we got her and not trained in anyway. She, at first, did not get along with the dog we already have. Watching and trying to train the puppy as well as keeping track over the dog was hard work.
A week later, I felt sick. The day after, I was told I had Appendicitis, and they needed to remove my appendix. Overall, it is not a major surgery, but it was my first major bodily issue. Plus, I only required some recovery time, pain killers, and some patience. It was during my favorite sport season, which is basketball, and I was not happy. I was missing out on experiences with my team that only the court brought me. Coming back to school threw way more emotions at me because there is a lot of work needed to be done.
No matter what someone is put under, it could lead to craziness in a person’s usual stable life. I have decided that I deal with issues in different ways every time. Sometimes I just have pent up energy and bounce off the walls or other times I burst out crying for really no reason at all. I wonder what the healthy way to deal with issues is. There might be no right or wrong way, but even if there was, we really do not have much control over what our body does.
If someone was bouncing their leg to release pent up energy, and put their hand on it to stop it, but it started back up again, there is really nothing you can do. I say it does not matter how you deal with issues as long as you are not going off the deep end. Everyone takes issues differently and the best way to deal with them is to just let it out, and not be afraid to say the world gave you a spin.
