To Care or Not to Care?
Students need to take high school series because it affects their whole lives. It does not matter if a student does not go to college or to an Ivy League college. If a student does not go to college then wherever they go will look at high school grades and records. Therefore a student not continuing their education needs to take high school seriously. When it comes to a student who is continuing their education, a college will of course looks at high school grades and, their records.
Say a student did not take high school seriously and they went to the military, what would be the outcome? The military will look at behavior and if they do not like what they see then the student will not be in the military. No matter where a student’s life takes them they need to take high school seriously. No one wants an employee who slacks, makes a joke of everything or does not care. It is in the best interest of a student to take high school seriously.
A college does not want to take someone who has bad grades and acts out. It looks bad on their record and they will not stand for it. If a college does take a student and they did not take high school seriously odds are they will not take college seriously and end up either being kicked or dropped out. No matter a student’s life choice if they take high school seriously it will be in their best interest.
