JM Attends STEAM Competition
On Monday, March 25th, Mr. Pratt took the Principles of Engineering class attended Trinity High School for the STEAM competition.
The competition involved instant challenges that each school completed. One of the challenges involved creating a pulley system with a limited amount of resources. There was also a competition where each team had to create a boat made out of cardboard, in which the team came in 4th overall.
“The boat competition was definitely my favorite of the day,” said Brynn Boyd. “It was a unique challenge and we all really enjoyed it.”
Mr. Pratt hopes to continue to attend this competition annually for all of his engineering classes.
